Shipment Tracking Plugin Quick Guide
Please take a look at the screengrabs below to understand how to insert tracking numbers which should automatically send a tracking notice to your customers once you update/save your orders.
1. Go into the ORDERS area of WooCommerce
The image below shows a new column on the order list area on the backend.

2. Go into the ORDERS area of WooCommerce
Click on one of the orders to open it’s Details Page – you will now find a “Shipment Tracking” field in the top right sidebar. Once you have the Tracking Number for this shipment, click on the “Add Tracking Number” button

3. After clicking on the “Add Tracking Number” button, a new panel drops down…
This panel is where you can choose the shipping provider. In your case, you won’t need a “Customer Provider” because USPS is available inside the “Provider” dropdown.

4. Click on the “Provider” field and a new dropdown appears…
Scroll way down the list to the United States and select the appropriate shipper from the list.
Once this is done, you can then copy and paste in the tracking number assigned to your shipment.
NOTE:: make sure to click SAVE THE ORDER and SEND EMAIL BUTTON which will automatically send your customer a notification message to their provided email address containing a link to track their shipment! 🙂

5. MAKE SURE to click SAVE THE ORDER and SEND EMAIL BUTTON which will automatically send your customer a notification message to their provided email address containing a link to track their shipment! 🙂
I recommend testing this out by creating a test order.
